- Navigate to the Voucher Receive screen and select “Bill By Bill” to enter payments against individual bills.
How can I display the firm’s bank details on an invoice bill?
- In the Setup > Foot Note screen, enter the bank name, IFSC, and A/C number. These details will be shown on invoices.
You can enter returned items through the Sales Return (Credit Note) screen.
Access the Item Tax screen, select the item, and input the respective tax percentage rate.
Set the GST percentage for each item in the Item Master under the corresponding HSN Group.
In the Account Master, open the party’s account and select the relevant state.
Go to Setup, select the Item Rate screen, choose the Valuation Method, and input rates for each item to calculate closing stock amounts.
